HOW IT WORKS

Designed for resorts and hotels who want to increase occupancy rate. We execute a simple binding agreement between both parties that giveS us permission to list your available rooms in our short term rental portals. When a booking comes in, we reserve the room for our guest. Our clients fly from other areas to stay for a short time. They Check in and check out like any other guest. We charge a 15% profit share fee that is deducted from the total invoice we pay you every 2 weeks, for total booking transactions.

MAINTANANCE AND RULES

You take care of all the minor maintenance issues and professionally clean after each stay. We screen our guests (corporate clients and people from inside our organization. Strict rules are enforced, (No Pets allowed, No smoking, No parties, No extra guests, No Loudness after 10 PM). You take care of insurance.
