What are Realtevo Investments’ hygiene practices?
Our housing is trusted by travelers of all kinds, from people working remotely to families to students. While we’ve always upheld the highest of standards for cleanings with a 250+ point inspection of every home, we’re preventing transmission of coronavirus by adding additional cleaning tasks aligning with the CDC’s recommendations:
Cleaners will disinfect all “high-touch areas” and other surfaces with bleach or other strong disinfectants solutions.
Cleaners will leave windows open during the cleaning to properly ventilate apartments.
We request that our cleaning partners wear gloves, masks, and shoe covers.
Is Realtevo Investments cleaner than a hotel?
Our average stay is 1-4 weeks, meaning that fewer people stay in each unit, as opposed to higher turnover rates at a hotel.
Can I stay in a home instead of an apartment?
Yes, we offer single-family, standalone homes.
Will shared building spaces like common rooms, gyms, and pools be accessible?
This varies by city and building. In cities where shelter-in-place orders are lifted, some shared spaces may be reopening. In cities with existing shelter-in-place orders, shared building spaces are closed to ensure adequate social distancing. We cannot guarantee access to any shared building amenities at this time, and our prices are updated to reflect this.

My travel plans need to be flexible because of COVID-19. What are my options?
If you anticipate your plans might change and are currently looking to book, we encourage you to let us know your plans by scheduling a call with us beforehand. We will always tailor a good option just for you.
In addition, we recommend asking us about our flexible cancelation policy so you know what your options are at each stage of the booking process based on your situation.
