HOW IT WORKS
We execute a binding Leasing Agreement and a landlord consent to sublet. We furnish the property completely. Our clients fly from other areas to stay for a short time. When they leave, our professional cleaning crew cleans the property and gets it ready for our next client. We pay you rent every single month, ahead of time, through an auto debit system and we take care of all operating costs, including short term rental insurance. You only deal with us, we take care of everything.

MAINTANANCE AND RULES
We take care of all the minor maintenance issues and professionally clean after each stay. We screen our guests (corporate clients and people from inside our organization. Strict rules are enforced, (No Pets allowed, No smoking, No parties, No extra guests, No Loudness after 10 PM). Expect less wear and tear in the long run compared to a regular tenant. A special short term insurance policy is active at all times, designed for short term rentals (read details below).
